A group of our students in our Instrumentation & Automation and Electrical/Electronics program traded the classroom for a tour of Whirlpool's facility.

Walking the floor and seeing the automation, controls and electrical systems they study every day running at full scale is a different kind of learning. Our students had a lot of questions, and the Whirlpool team had a lot of good answers.

Grateful for industry partners who open their doors and let our students see where this training actually leads.

Some of our Instrumentation and Automation & Electrical/Electronic students had a visit with PowerX last week. Seeing the equipment they've been learning about hits different than reading it in a textbook.

Thank you PowerX for good discussions with your team and giving the students an opportunity to engage with industry.

Today, some of our ISA students took a short trip down the road for the first field trip of the fall semester.

We’re incredibly thankful to Tate & Lyle for opening their doors and giving our students a firsthand look at the work behind the scenes. Opportunities like this help bridge the gap between the classroom and industry experience.
