We loved celebrating our grandparents today in Pre-K! 💙💛 What a special day filled with smiles, hugs, and precious memories. We are so thankful for all the grandparents and other special guests who took the time to come celebrate with us!

Last Week in Pre-K!

On Friday, we made paper chain snakes, and let me tell you, this project took us almost ALL day! We worked through each step one at a time and practiced so many important skills along the way.

First, the students traced the lines with a black crayon. Next, they colored the head, tail, and each rectangle that would become the paper chain. Lastly, they cut out each piece. This was our first whole group cutting activity, so we talked about the Scissor Promise before getting started and practiced our scissor skills.

Once all the pieces were cut, Mrs. Gina and I stapled everything together, and our little snakes came to life!

They worked SO hard and did an amazing job sticking with it from beginning to end. I am so proud of their final products and all the hard work they put into them!
