🍁 Wellness Tips for Thanksgiving 🍂
As you head into the holiday break, take time to rest, reflect, and recharge. Here are a few ways to stay balanced this Thanksgiving!

🥗Eat Mindfully: Enjoy your favorite foods without guilt. Slow down, savor each bite, and listen to your body’s hunger and fullness cues. Wellness reminder: It’s not about perfection — it’s about balance and enjoyment!

🚶‍♀️Move with Gratitude: Take a post-meal walk, stretch, or play a fun game with friends and family. Movement supports digestion, mood, and connection. Small steps count — every bit of activity helps you feel your best.

😴 Rest and Recharge: Use the break to catch up on sleep and give your mind and body time to recover from the semester’s stress. A calm mind is the best gift you can give yourself this season.

💫Practice Gratitude:Take a few moments to reflect on what you’re thankful for — big or small. Gratitude boosts happiness and lowers stress. Try journaling or sharing one thing you’re thankful for each day.

Whether you’re a college student, parent, or part of our campus community, here are a few easy ways to enjoy Halloween while keeping your health in check:

Eat a balanced meal before the candy rush! A mix of protein, fiber, and veggies can help keep your energy up and prevent a sugar crash later.

🚶‍♀️Stay Active, Stay Festive

Get moving while celebrating—walk to events, dance at costume parties, or take the kids trick-or-treating. Every step counts toward feeling your best!
