Here are some words from Agnieshka Agasing, President of the ISO!

Meet Agnieshka Agasing! Agnieshka is a student in the Graduate College and she serves as the president of the International Student Organization. We asked Agnieshka what she likes the most about ISO and this is her response:

"What I like the most about ISO is being able to bring international students together and creating an environment where they are able to meet other students & share their stories. I love witnessing the beginning of new friendships and seeing students laugh and have a great time. I also enjoy the planning & the thought process that goes into preparing big events. Last Saturday, we had Diwali - the Festival of Lights, where we had 70-80 attendees. From ordering the food, to going door to door inviting people, advertising flyers and planning games for a relatively big audience requires good planning. I enjoy the challenge and I also love seeing how ISO members work together as a team to make every event a success. People are still coming up to me after this event and telling me how much they enjoyed themselves, so it really encourages us to keep doing better."

Holi 2019.....fun begins!!!!

We invite you all to come celebrate Holi-Festival of colors with us on March 30 (Saturday) from 11:00 am onwards at IM fields (soccer field), OUHSC. There will be some fun games with prizes to be won, free Indian food and a lot more. Hope to see you all there!!
