Diane Hendricks, co-founder and chairman of One Voice member ABC Supply Co. Inc., Beloit, Wis., has topped the list of America’s Richest Self-made Women in Forbes magazine for the ninth consecutive year.

Worth $21.7 billion, Hendricks chairs one of the largest wholesale distributors of roofing, siding and windows in the U.S.; ABC Supply has more than 900 branch locations and had $20.2 billion in sales in 2025.

According to Forbes magazine, Hendricks grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin. She started ABC Supply in 1982 with her late husband, Ken, and has chaired the company since his death in 2007. Under her leadership, ABC Supply made the two biggest acquisitions in its history—buying rival Bradco in 2010 and building materials distributor L&W Supply in 2016.

Hendricks has spent millions on local economic development, helping to rebuild Beloit and bring several new businesses into Wisconsin. In 2025, Hendricks and her daughter partnered to restore historic homes in Beloit in the A&E show "Betting on Beloit"; Hendricks financed the revitalization.

Roofing Corp of America, Atlanta, has announced it has acquired Schefers Roofing Co., Kansas City, Mo. This marks Roofing Corp of America’s 16th acquisition since its founding in December 2020.

Founded in 1995, Schefers Roofing is a full-service commercial roofing contractor specializing in all aspects of commercial roofing, including installation, roof restoration, preventative maintenance, leak repair, and custom architectural sheet metal fabrication and installation. The company operates in Missouri, Northern Arkansas and surrounding areas.

Lance Schefers will remain as CEO of Schefers Roofing, and daily operations will continue to be handled by President Doug Mackesty and Senior Superintendent James Napper.
