It's such a pleasure to host the Oklahoma City Spark - AUSL home games at our Oklahoma Christian University Softball field. We love seeing the community come together to cheer on the city team! 🥎👏🏻

Our OKC Spark opened their season tonight with a 13-5 home victory over the Texas Volts! Maya Brady powered the win with a second inning grand slam.

Thanks to Dr. Tina Floyd (pictured) for her continued leadership of the Spark, who are starting their first season in the AUSL, a professional softball league supported by the MLB and televised on ESPN and other broadcast partners (tonight’s game was on ESPN).

The Spark’s home field this summer is Tom Heath Field at Oklahoma Christian University in north OKC. Remaining home games are June 10, 11, 27, 28 and 29, as well as July 1, 4, 5, 9, 11 and 12. Look for tickets at TheAUSL.com/spark, as well as TV viewing info for all games.

After decades of visionary leadership for The Chickasaw Nation, Governor Bill Anoatubby is retiring from elected office. OC was honored to host Governor Anoatubby on campus, both for a panel discussion and at the dedication of the Oklahoma Christian University Family Therapy Clinic, a partnership with the Chickasaw Nation. His wisdom left a lasting impression on our community.

Thank you, Governor Anoatubby, for your service and dedication. We wish you and your family every blessing in this next chapter.
