Give your Cub Scout a summer camp experience they’ll remember! Cub Resident Camp is a 3-night adventure filled with outdoor fun, advancement opportunities, camp activities, and time with friends at Camp George Thomas.

Event Update: Please note that there has been a schedule change for the America 250 event. Be sure to review the updated schedule before arriving so you don't miss any activities.
9:00 AM - Registration Opens
10:30 AM - Opening Celebration - Main Entrance
11:00 AM - Expo Hall Opens
Entertainment on the Event Stage and Outdoor Stage throughout the day, so listen for announcements!
5:00 PM - Booths Close
6:00 PM - Pre-fireworks Show
7:30 PM - Thunder Watch Party!

Don't forget to bring a camp chair for seating throughout the day. Also, please review the attached parking map, which highlights the recommended parking locations to help make your arrival as smooth as possible.

NYLT Overnight Chaperones Needed!
The 2026 NYLT Courses need help with overnight chaperones for participants.
Chaperones help maintain order at the shower house each night and assist with any overnight needs that may come up. Tents and cots will be provided, and breakfast and dinner are included.
A male and female chaperone are needed each evening. On Friday, which is outpost night, two male and two female chaperones are needed.
