Good afternoon Greenvale Gliders,
As you may already know, we are working on streamlining dismissal here at Greenvale this year. Our goal is to ensure a smooth, quick and efficient dismissal process at the end of each school day. Dismissal lasted 38 minutes today. Our goal for tomorrow is 25 minutes. Thank you so much for working with us to ensure that dismissal procedures are followed.
A few quick reminders:
Make sure your SchoolSAFEID tag is hanging in the window so that the duty teacher can clearly see it as you pull in.
Do not park on Greenvale Road.
Communicate any dismissal changes to your child’s teacher prior to 2:30 p.m.
A major change:
We are asking that parents enter Greenvale Road from NW 10th street (southbound on Greenvale Road). Tomorrow, if you are northbound on Greenvale Road, facing 10th street, you will be asked to turn around before you can enter the parking lot.
We appreciate your help in ensuring that the dismissal process is safe for all students, staff and parents. We also want to make sure that the dismissal process at Greenvale is completed in a timely manner.
