Sharing a few pics from the past few months 🥹

We had a fun and full weekend! Saturday, we took some of our high school students to the OKCPS Native American Student Services Powwow! A special thank you to Tracey Mikkanen for speaking to us about powwow etiquette and your Kiowa heritage!
And a special thank you Star Yellowfish for all you do to make the event so special!!!

And Sunday, another fun full day of classes with our 5th-8th graders! This year, we have our first legacy student!!! Can you believe that?!?!? So fun, we love what we do 🥰💃🕺😎

Another fun night with our High schoolers! This time we went to see Crossings production of Pride & Prejudice! We talked all things theater etiquette prior to the performance learning how to be great patrons and the importance of supporting the arts! 🥰 The cast did SUCH a great job! One more night if you want to catch it tomorrow/Saturday. AND it was super fun getting to see former students shine on stage! Congratulations Noah ‘Mr. Lucas’ and Emory ‘Lydia Bennett’ - Bravo 👏 🎭

Fun night with our high school students tonight at “ The Cowboy” museum! We learned how much fun museums can be and some Museum Etiquette tips like:
- when we can take photos, and when we can't,
- what we can touch, and what's 'hands-off',
- where we should stand when observing the art and why, and so much more!
The students had a fun interactive tour getting to see some of the highlights and many of them are excited to go back for another visit with their friends and family! Thanks Joey Willis Niebrugge for taking time to visit with us and share ‘The Code of The West’, such good rules to live by! Some of the students even expressed interest in possibly working or volunteering at The Cowboy after our visit!!!! Wahooooo 🤠

Our hearts are full 🥰 and our feet are tired 😂! We kicked off another season of classes today with a full house! Four classes back to back and a great group of Student Ambassadors helping!!! Looking forward to another season 💃🕺🍽️

So proud of two of our seniors and superstar Ambassadors Mylieh and Kaylee! Their winter guard performance was impressive! Now they’re headed to Nationals in Ohio!!! Good luck ladies!
