Join us as we celebrate the life of Mr. Stanley Hupfeld, former CEO of INTEGRIS and founder of Hupfeld Fine Arts Academy formerly known as Stanley Hupfeld Academy.

Community members, mentors, former students and staff are welcome to celebrate the impact of Mr. Stanley Hupfeld on Saturday, August 29 from 2:00-4:00 PM on the school campus in the Schwartz Performing Arts Center.

This will be a come and go event with an opportunity for guests to visit with family and friends of Mr. Hupfeld, write a message of his impact and document your support to the family.

*No formal service will be conducted at this event.

My heart is heavy today as I send this message. I just received a call from Suzan Whaley, Mr. Hupfeld’s former secretary.
Mr. Hupfeld passed away today.
The man, the namesake of our school was so proud of our mission and work with students. The mentoring program and charter elementary school that he started is still the core of change for the Western Village neighborhood!

On Monday, I sent Mr H and Suzy a picture of the signage “Hupfeld Fine Arts Academy” and we exchanged sweet words about our future and the transition of the school to the Harding District.

We will be hosting a tribute on Saturday, August 29 for mentors and former staff of the school. More details will come shortly.

Our first district convocation with Harding was yesterday. (Pictures attached) We spoke of his creation and how his mission is still alive and growing. Our mission and impact will continue as Mr. Hupfeld would have wanted. Thank you all for keeping this family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.

Stanley Hupfeld Academy has transitioned to the Harding Fine Arts District. We are now the elite elementary feeder school to Harding Fine Arts Middle and High School.
