Where education meets real-world excellence.
Our New Injector courses are hosted inside The Fitz Aesthetics & Wellness in Edmond, OK—a space intentionally chosen because its values align seamlessly with our own.
The Fitz is built on a foundation of ethical care, clinical integrity, and exceptional patient outcomes - the same standards we expect from every injector trained through The Institute for Aesthetic Excellence.
This is not a staged classroom or temporary training suite. It’s a real, high-functioning medical aesthetics practice.
It’s also where Jessica Cipriano, RN, founder of The Institute, has chosen to practice - because environment matters when you’re shaping the next generation of injectors.
All clinical care operates under MD supervision and collaboration with a board-certified plastic surgeon, reinforcing the level of oversight, safety, and professionalism we believe should be standard in aesthetic medicine.
Students don’t just learn techniques here—they learn what excellence looks like in practice.

February 2026 | New Injector Training
Becoming an injector isn’t about checking a box—it’s about building real clinical confidence in an industry that’s already difficult to enter.
Our February 2026 New Injector Course at The Institute for Aesthetic Excellence is intentionally *limited in size* to prioritize what matters most:
hands-on experience, repetition, and close clinical oversight.
This is not a large-format training where you invest nearly $10,000 to split a single face with multiple students. Every participant will have multiple opportunities to inject on numerous models, allowing skills to develop through guided repetition—not observation alone.
Our mission isn’t to flood the market with underprepared injectors who struggle to find positions after training. It’s to train the next generation of excellent, employable injectors - clinicians who understand anatomy, decision-making, safety, and professionalism.
⚜️Who this course is designed for:
• RN, NP, PA, DO, MD, OD, and DDS
• Providers with a minimum of two years in a clinical healthcare setting
• Those seeking a thoughtful, rigorous entry into aesthetics—not shortcuts
If you’re ready to begin your journey with intention, structure, and mentorship—this is where it starts.
🏛️Enrollment is limited.

Cheeks & Lips
This week Jennifer York, RN completed her Introduction to Dermal Fillers training with The Institute. During her course, she was required to study facial anatomy including bones, vessels & fat compartments in addition to learning filler rheology.
After extensive study, students are required to complete hands-on training where they inject patient models in a private 1:1 setting. Lips, perioral support, and mid-face correction are some of the standard areas we introduce our students to.
This patient had natural mid-face volume loss common in the mid to late 30’s. We placed filler in her medial and lateral cheek to give her a well-rested and highlighted appearance and performed a subtle lip augmentation.
Congratulations on your certification, Jennifer!

The core of everything taught at The Institute lies in continued study of anatomy, science and best practices.
Trainees are taught to begin by learning or re-learning facial anatomy including the names, origin and insertion, and effects of each muscle in the face and neck. They then progress to learning the facial fat compartments, vascular anatomy of the face, and bone anatomy. These are the prerequisites for training days.
Post-training, they go forward with resources for continued education, knowing how to read clinical publications, knowing where their network of support lies, and understanding that there will always be something to learn.
