We’re excited to introduce Mini-MBA faculty member Brandi McManus, Ph.D.!

McManus is the Assistant Director of Management and International Business in the Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. She teaches both undergrad and MBA programs covering management, strategy and leadership.

As part of her Mini-MBA session, she breaks down what strategic thinking really is (and isn't), and shares hands-on tools like spectrum mapping to help you see beyond “either/or” decisions and explore the full range of strategic options.
