Santa Fe South Middle School The unofficial community connection for Santa Fe South Middle School located in south Oklahoma City.

We started with 7th grade in 2005, upgraded to 7th and 8th grade in 2006 and opened up the full middle school in 2007 with the addition of the 6th grade. In 2009 all three grades merged into one campus at our current location. We follow the Understanding by Design instructional model with a year round calendar.

We hope you have enjoyed your break. We want to remind you about parent teacher conferences tomorrow, September 11th. If you have not scheduled yours yet please reach out to your team teacher. You will be going over awesome personal goals and setting ways to reach them.

Plus, next week is going to be full of events from picture day to Bark Week. If you have questions, tomorrow during parent teacher conferences would be a great time to get answers.

BARK WEEK is coming..
September 14th thru 18th.

If you don't know B.A.R.K. Week is our district-wide philanthropic effort aimed at "Bringing Awareness and Raising Kindness."
This year our High School students have chosen Hilltop Clinic as our recipient. Hilltop is a pediatric clinic serving uninsured and underinsured families on the southside of Oklahoma City.

Wristbands are on sale now for $20.00. We are super excited to raise money for an amazing organization. If you have any questions please ask your team teacher or Mrs. Rodriguez.

It's been a great start to our new school year. Great job! This Wednesday, August 5th, we will do our first MAPS test of the year. So plan accordingly, get a good night's rest and be at school early or right on time.

It's almost time. Tomorrow morning we will begin our 2026-2027 school year. We are beyond excited to start this year off strong. So eat an amazing dinner tonight, put up your electronics early and get a good night's sleep. Our doors will open tomorrow morning at 7:15am, breakfast will start at 7:25am and we start class at 7:50am.

It's going to be great!!!

To help make your evening go smoothly please have your parent portal/hub forms filled out before you get here and if you are purchasing insurance go ahead and do that as well.

If you need help resetting your password for powerschool and getting into the hub we will have help available tonight.
