Susan learned to thread a needle at 8 years old and grew to pattern dresses from the store windows.
Her many late night sewing sprees advanced her talent to a “one-woman-stop” for proms, costumes, and weddings of her own daughters, family and friends. Although Susan’s experience began casually for the family and commercially in a custom alterations shop, her real education was the theatre. Ginger Christian brought me a dress her sister picked up at a vintage shop. After a few alterations we made her a beautiful and happy bride.

I recently had the opportunity to make a wedding dress for a friend's daughter. She wanted 2 dresses, so we made a 3 in one.
