Congratulations to our 4th graders as they bridge over to middle school—we will miss you all! And how lucky were we to have a special visit from MS. STEPHANIE SPEARS! The kids were very happy to see their former principal. QCE staff and students also had a great last day of school. Remember to keep reading, have a great summer, & school starts AUG. 11th! 😎☀️📚
Shout out from Jonathan Conder, News 5 meteorologist!
Survivor: QCE Edition! The tribes’s mission: to compete and survive today’s challenges. And the ultimate task was to secure a shout out from a VIP! And sure enough, we got several VIPs like Mayor Holt (former QCE parent), superintendent DR. POLK, and meteorologist Jonathan Conder. Wow, thank you all for the shout out!
Most importantly, QCE staff “survived” the 25-26 school year! We could not have done this without the love and support from our FABULOUS parents and community members. We look forward to seeing everyone back next school year and wish everyone a restful & fun summer break!

Congratulations to our TOP 50 students! They checked out the most library books this year and was treated to some goodies today. ALL QCE students have been enrolled in the Metropolitan Library’s Summer Reading Challenge so be sure to read 20 min every day to earn cool prizes! And THANK YOU PARENTS for your support of our library program. We ❤️ you!
