Due to the forecasted rain on Super Kids Day, we are making a change to our plans. Instead of our outdoor event, each grade level will now have their Super Kids Day celebration in the gym during their regularly scheduled explorations time.

We apologize for this change, as we know many families have students in multiple grade levels. Families are still welcome to attend during their child’s scheduled Super Kids Day time!
📍 Location: Gym
🪪 Families will check in at the gym with a valid ID before entering.
⏰ Schedule:
3rd Grade: 9:10–9:50
4th Grade: 10:00–10:40
1st Grade: 10:50–11:30
2nd Grade: 11:40–12:20
PK: 1:00–1:40
Kindergarten: 1:45–2:25

Debido a la lluvia pronosticada para el "Super Kids Day", hemos realizado un cambio en nuestros planes. En lugar de nuestro evento al aire libre, cada nivel de grado celebrará ahora su "Super Kids Day" en el gimnasio, durante su horario habitual de actividades de exploración.

Pedimos disculpas por este cambio, ya que sabemos que muchas familias tienen estudiantes en varios niveles de grado. ¡Las familias siguen siendo bienvenidas a asistir durante el horario programado para el "Super Kids Day" de su hijo!

families, as a reminder, this Friday, April 17, is a regular school day for all staff and students!

This day was originally scheduled to be a work day for teachers, but was changed to a full regular school day for all staff and students after the February 9 Board of Education meeting, where the board voted to amend the 2025-2026 student calendar. The change was made to make up instructional time lost to inclement winter weather earlier this year.

Come to Rockwood tomorrow night! 4:30-7:00

Our districtwide enrollment event will be from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 26. All schools will be open during these hours. Families may visit any school to enroll all their students at once!

All families must bring:
- One proof of address (recent utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
- 7th graders need immunization record with a new Tdap
- Custody documentation, if applicable

New to OKCPS families must also bring:
- Age verification document, such as birth certificate
- Recent grades or transcripts
- Immunization record
- Special Education records, if needed
