EGL successfully supported three families in our community by providing Thanksgiving meals and extra Walmart cash for additional necessities.
We want to express appreciation to our church congregation for their generosity in blessing others during this time.

EGL Church is providing full Thanksgiving meals to two families in need.

We are notifying our members and the community that this Sunday is the deadline to contribute to this cause. We will purchase the necessary items on Sunday to ensure timely delivery to the families by Monday.

You are invited to join EGL for our annual Christmas celebration this Sunday evening, December 22nd at 6:30pm. Our worship team will lead us in singing classic and modern carols, a children's special, and a candlelight service as we honor the season of our savior's birth.

After the service, we will gather for a time of fellowship and enjoy refreshments, including Gene's famous nachos, drinks, and desserts.

Services for Debbie McKinzy will he held at Everlasting Gospel Lighthouse on Wednesday March 13, 2024 at 10am. The address is 5800 S Sunnylane Rd OKC, OK 73135.

Visitation will be at Resthaven Funeral Home on Tuesday March 12, 2024. Friends may visit anytime between 11am-8pm. If you would like to meet with family they will be present 6pm-8pm.

Last night a little after 9pm Debbie stepped into heaven to be with Jesus. She was surrounded by her two sisters, brothers, and several nieces and nephews. Her race is run on this Earth but we are confident that she is rejoicing in Heaven this morning.
We will never forget the service and dedication Debbie showed to this church, day care, and all of the children she influenced throughout the years.

We will post information about service and visitation as soon as it’s confirmed.
