1) quit yelling at your children before they go to bed at night then expecting them to sleep well

2) quit yelling at your children in the morning right after they wake up to get ready to go to school then expecting them to have a good productive day

3) you set the tone for your children! you set the tone for YOUR voice that they will always remember in their heads. You become their inner voice. Don’t be their inner critic!

4) Speak Life! Speak Love! Speak Bravery! Speak Kindness! Speak Hope! Speak Wisdom! Speak Truth!

But most importantly listen to your children!
