The competition was fierce, and everyone brought their A-game and came to impress! 💪 AWESOME job, guys!! 👏👏 Stay tuned to see who came out on top… 👀 1st - 3rd place winners from every year will be announced at the 2026 Awards Banquet & Completion Ceremony on Saturday night! 🏆 You won’t want to miss it!!

We had the privilege of hosting seniors from Western Heights High School who are interested in a future with the Sheet Metal Workers! They first got to tour a sheet metal shop before stopping by the apprenticeship school to tour what will hopefully be their next step in furthering their education! They even got to try their hand at building a tool tray and even gave welding a try!! 🧑‍🏭⚒️👩‍🏭 We loved having you guys for the afternoon! See you after graduation, seniors!!

It is with great honor I present to you the winner of the Wh**ey Sneed Outstanding Apprentice of the Year for the 2024/2025 school year, ALEX O. NIXON!! 🏆👏👏 Congratulations, Alex! It has been a true joy having you as an apprentice for the last 5 years!! Thank you for always being ready to volunteer when you were needed and doing so with a great mindset and a positive attitude! All of us here at the JAC will miss you, but we just know this isn’t the last we are going to hear about you and your future accomplishments!!
