This week we had the joy of celebrating our incredible teachers during Teacher Appreciation Week, and our hearts are so full after seeing the love and support poured into them by our families and community. 💛

Each day this week had a special theme focused on showing our teachers just how appreciated they are for the love, patience, dedication, and care they give to our children every single day. From sweet treats and yummy meals to thoughtful gifts, snacks, drinks, and surprises throughout the week, our staff felt incredibly loved and celebrated.

We are especially thankful to our wonderful parents for your generosity, encouragement, kind words, and constant support. It truly takes a village, and we are so grateful for the amazing families that make our center such a special place.

To our teachers — thank you for every hug, lesson, smile, diaper change, art project, encouraging word, and moment of care you pour into your classrooms daily. The impact you make on these children and families is immeasurable. 🌸

🌸🐣 Easter Egg Hunt Fun! 🐣🌸

We had such an egg-citing time at our Easter Egg Hunt this past Friday, April 3rd! 💛

Our younger toddlers through our fours classes enjoyed searching high and low for colorful eggs, filling their baskets, and sharing lots of smiles and laughter along the way. 🧺🥚

From tiny hands discovering their first eggs to big proud smiles showing off full buckets, it was a morning full of joy, excitement, and sweet memories! ✨

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special for our little learners—we loved celebrating with you! 💐

🦷 Special Visitor! 🦷
Last week we had a special visit from Kelle Farmer, dental assistant from Small World Pediatric Dentistry! She spent time with our two-year-old, three-year-old, and preschool classes teaching them about the importance of taking care of their teeth.

The children learned how to keep their smiles healthy by brushing their teeth twice a day and practicing good dental habits.

Kelle also introduced everyone to her friend Gregory the Giraffe, who helped demonstrate how to brush teeth properly. The children had so much fun taking turns helping brush Gregory’s teeth and practicing what they learned!

A big thank you to Small World Pediatric Dentistry and Kelle Farmer for taking the time to visit our students and help teach them about healthy smiles. 😁🪥

🎩📚 Next week is Dr. Seuss Week at The Launching Pad!

March 2–6 our classrooms will be filled with rhymes, silly dress-up days, fun crafts, and lots of our favorite Dr. Seuss stories. We can’t wait to see all the learning and laughter!

✈️ Aviation Art Contest: Fly to Save Lives ✈️
January 29

Our 3-year-old and 4/5-year-old classrooms have been learning about aeronautical transportation and how aircraft help with rescue missions and saving lives. During this unit, our kiddos explored these important aircraft and worked hard creating their own aircraft-inspired art projects.

We’re so proud of their creativity, learning, and effort as we celebrate the importance of aviation and the amazing work our students did! 💙✈️
