Registration for Oklahoma SmokeDiver Class #7 will open June 8th and run through July 13th. We will have sign up options on both our website as well as our page.

Qualification day will be on October 3rd and we will have one location in Muskogee, Oklahoma and one location in Frisco, Texas. More details referencing times and exact locations will be forthcoming. If you live within a 375 mile range you will be required to show up to one of the tryout locations. If you are farther out than that please sign up and we will capture your info as well. We will take a small number of out of state candidates and you will be given a spot in the class but will be required to pass the qualification test the day before class starts.

OSD Class #7 will be held in Muskogee, Oklahoma
Feb 21-26, 2027.

I’m going to leave you all with something I came across recently during my daily reading that I hope resonates with some of you out there…….

The greatest level of hell is when you come to the end of your life and have to look your potential in the eye and say:

“I’m sorry but I was afraid.”

When the man you became meets the man you could have been, if only you would have had the courage.

BAFD will be holding the Junior Fire Academy July 20- 23, 2026, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. This is for students going in to 9th through 12th grade.
