Yesterday the Class of 2026 held their senior luncheon at Crossings Community Church, made possible by the church's kind donation of the space. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Les Thomas for his inspiring words of wisdom to our students and to Swadley's Catering for their discounted catering services, which featured delicious food. The luncheon was a resounding success, fostering a sense of community and celebration as we honor the upcoming graduation of our seniors. Crossings Community Church

Yesterday our students attended the All City Film Program! The students spoke with representatives from the Film departments at OkCU, Rose State, and OCCC. They also learned story building techniques from a Screenwriting instructor and how to make and record everyday sounds to edit over video footage from a professional artist!

We are excited to share these from the first-ever "Bridging the Gap" event for Metro Tech's Barbering and Cosmetology students! 💈💅💇‍♀️

Students had the opportunity to connect with industry professionals, explore vendor tables with products and job resources, learn and engage in various breakout sessions, and even showcase their entrepreneurial skills in a live “Shark Tank”-style competition. It was a powerful day of learning, networking, and inspiration as students gained real-world insight into the beauty industry.
