We would like to officially welcome on board our newest member of the AMS family, Kate Snowden.
She will be teaching voice and piano, and hails from the OU school of music where she recieved her masters degree.
We are glad to have her with us!

I never remember to post pics of the studio open mic nights, but the adult open mic last night was fantastic!!
Unfortunately I’m busy running around and don’t have any pics of the kiddos.

Couple of pics from the adult “field trip” to Bin 73 for their Tuesday open mic.
Nice turnout, and it’s so great to see the students getting playing in a real life setting and not just some staged event. Nothing at all wrong with the latter, but sometimes more importance is put on pulling off a rock show and not enough on actual skills needed to join the music world that brought them to their instruments in the first place.
My pride in my students knows no bounds. ❤️
I need to be better at taking pictures though. 🤣
I don’t even have anything from a banjo student of mine playing playing along with me.

Had a nice donation of 20 new to me chairs for the studio for our open mic nights and performances. Thank you Stan!

I will be playing at The Well House in Jones this Friday night. Show starts at 9. Pool, darts, drinks and Dave. What else could you ask for? Come out and have some fun!
