A day in our studios is never quite the same and that’s part of the magic. Each day is different because we strive to create an environment where Learners can discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop skills they need to make a difference. We don’t require them to show up in a certain way because learning isn’t about fitting into a mold, it’s about becoming who you are meant to be.

Why do we have multi-age studios? Learners have more opportunities to shine and be heroes when they are around mixed-aged groups. Younger Learners tend to look up to our older ones and our older Learners step into leadership and mentor roles to help the younger ones. It is truly beautiful to witness.
Middle school recently stepped into the world of Shakespeare! Along the way, they discovered a love for hearing the words come alive through reading them aloud. One of our favorite parts was listening to the conversations that followed, hearing them interpret the material, approach the material with curiosity, and share their perspectives was really something special!
Most of our Primary Learners spend their days outside, rain or shine! We believe children learn best when they have the freedom to explore, wonder, create and play and that there is no better classroom than the great outdoors!
That’s a wrap on the sixth exhibition of the year! The Learners did a great job presenting and showcasing everything they covered this session! Now onto break!

One of our amazing parents visited to share about her work as an anesthesia technologist, giving learners a behind-the-scenes look at anesthesia, surgery, and intubation. We are grateful for our community members who help bring learning to life!

Our session is nearly done and each week the Learners are diving deeper into the incredible world of the human body! From building out their skeleton models bone by bone to discovering what digested cheez-it’s actually look like! 😄

We believe education is about more than academics. Character matters just as much. One of the best moments is watching a simple question like, “is that mud on the door?” turn into immediate action. This is what happens when Learners take responsibility, ownership, and pride in their environment!
How do you make sure learning sticks? You make it engaging. You make it meaningful. You gamify it. We believe Learners thrive when they’re actively involved, challenged, collaborating, moving, creating, and having fun along the way. That’s why we don’t expect children to sit at a desk all day memorizing information. When learning feels exciting, curiosity grows, and that’s where the real learning begins!
