Benefits of Chess
Chess naturally supports STEM education by strengthening analytical reasoning, computational thinking, pattern analysis, hypothesis testing, and structured problem solving. Students learn to evaluate variables, predict outcomes, test strategies, analyze mistakes, and adapt solutions based on evidence. These are all skills that transfer well beyond chess.
