🚀 Another Central Oak Elementary STEAM adventure! 🔬✨

Shoutout to the 5th Grade Classes of Ms. Ramos, Ms. Milam, and Ms. D for all their hard work and enthusiasm throughout their STARBASE experience! ❤️

From Double Bubble Trouble 🫧🧪 and building molecular models and exploring Happy Atoms and getting hands-on with robotics 🤖, these cadets have been learning, experimenting, and having fun every step of the way!

We’re so proud of everything they’ve accomplished and cannot wait to see what this week has in store! 🚀🎓

🚀 Central Oak Elementary is taking over STARBASE! 🎓✨

As we get closer to graduation, we’re looking back at some of the awesome STEM moments from Ms. Arnold’s and Ms. B’s 5th Grade Classes! 🔬🤖

These Wednesday cadets jumped into robotics, CAD, Project Mars Base, and engineering challenges as they explored what it takes to design, build, and survive on Mars! 🪐🚀

And, of course, we had to add a little chemistry fun with Double Bubble Trouble! 🫧🧪 Our cadets put their scientific thinking to work while investigating the science behind bubbles!

So much learning, creativity, teamwork, and STEAM excitement packed into one STARBASE experience! ❤️🚀

As we get ready to celebrate our cadets, let’s rewind and highlight some of the STEAM adventures from Verden Elementary: Ms. Hodges’ 5th Grade Class! 🔬✨

From hands-on experiments and engineering challenges to exploring robotics, CAD, and life on Mars, our cadets have been busy learning, creating, and putting their problem-solving skills to the test. 🪐🤖

🚀 Graduation is coming up this week! 🎓

Before we celebrate, let’s take a look back at what our cadets have been up to!

✨ Union City: Mrs. Brothers’ 5th Grade Class ✨

Our cadets explored robotics, computer-aided design (CAD), and Project Mars Base while learning what it takes to survive on Mars! 🪐🤖

They even put their engineering skills to work by designing their own Mars Base Stations and wrapped things up with a little chemistry fun with Pop Goes the Fizz! 🧪💥

We’re so proud of all the creativity, teamwork, and curiosity our cadets have shown! 🚀❤️

🚀✨ STARBASE OKC Adventures: Crescent Elementary ✨ Highlight #2! ✈️💨

Round two of highlights is here! Our Crescent Elementary 5th graders kept the energy going as they explored energy stations and got hands-on with Bernoulli’s Principle! ⚡️🔬

And of course… things really started taking flight when a ping-pong ball met a hair dryer! 🏓💨✈️ Watching the students’ faces light up as they discovered the science behind the magic is what STARBASE is all about!

These students may bring ALL the energy, but they’re also bringing curiosity, creativity, and a whole lot of STEAM excitement! ❤️🚀

🚀🧪 STARBASE OKC Adventures: Crescent Elementary! 🫧✨

Our high energy 5th graders from Crescent Elementary were back with us Friday for Visit #3, and they brought the ENERGY! ⚡️

From getting into a little Double Bubble Trouble 🫧🧪 to exploring nanotechnology, these students were busy experimenting, discovering, and having a whole lot of fun along the way!

We absolutely LOVE having this crew back for their second year with STARBASE OKC! ❤️ Watching them build on what they’ve learned, get hands-on, ask questions, and explore STEM is what these adventures are all about!

We’re throwing it back to some of the awesome moments with Ms. Ramos, Ms. Milam, and Ms. Deas 5th graders from Central Oak Elementary! 💙

These curious minds have been busy! 🧠🔬 From taking on engineering challenges and working through the Engineering Design Process to exploring computer design, they’ve been learning, creating, collaborating, and putting their problem-solving skills to the test! 🛠️💻

This crew brings ALL the curiosity and excitement every time they walk through our doors, and we’re loving watching them jump into each new challenge! 🌟

These STARBASE OKC students have already packed their first two days with curiosity, creativity, and discovery! 🧠🔬⚙️ From exploring the Engineering Design Process and taking on the Eggbert challenge 🥚 to diving into the world of nanotechnology and discovering Bernoulli’s Principle, they’re off to an AMAZING start!

And the best part? 👀 Their STARBASE OKC adventures are just getting started! 🚀✨

We’ve had DOUBLE the fun welcoming Ms. B’s 5th graders from Verden Elementary and Ms. Brothers’ 5th graders from Union City Elementary! 💙🔬

These amazing students brought their curiosity, excitement, and ALL the energy as they explored:

⚡️ Different forms of energy at our interactive Energy Stations
💨 Bernoulli’s Principle through hands-on investigation
🧪 Ink Investigation with Chromatography as they put their scientist skills to work!

Two schools. Two awesome groups. One incredible STARBASE experience! 🚀✨

We love watching our students explore, experiment, and discover that STEAM is everywhere! 🔬💫
