Lately I’ve been reminding myself not to lean on my own understanding.
Not everything has to makes sense right now.
I’m learning to trust that I’m not being left stranded, even when the path ahead feels uncertain.
I’m choosing to believe that what’s unknown to me is still known by God.
There’s peace in letting go.
There’s freedom in trusting the process.
There’s strength in following where faith leads, even when I can’t see every step.
So today, I’m not fighting the unknown — I’m following it. 🤍
Life is a continuous cycle of peaks and valleys. The more quickly we identify our current situation, the faster we can identify the necessary tools to address it. To navigate life's challenges effectively, it is essential to equip yourself with the tools necessary for each stage. Regardless of the adversity, remind yourself that you possess the strength to overcome it. 🤍
You are right where you are meant to be. Be gentle with yourself as you reflect on your current knowledge and the insights you wish you had gained earlier. Familiarize yourself with the discomfort of uncertainty, as this is where transformation takes place. 🤍
The idea that "if you knew better you would do better" is not always valid. Our brains are conditioned to accommodate both unhealthy and healthy routines, and changing these habits requires time and effort. While knowledge is essential, it is not always sufficient; hence, it is important to be gracious with yourself regarding the things you do know and make the necessary changes. 🫶🏽
If your sense of self is deeply rooted in "winning/succeeding", you will continually find yourself in a cycle of self-doubt/self-hate. Given that life is inherently unpredictable. Learn how to be resilient in the face of adversity. 🫂
If therapy is utilized reactively, as opposed to being integrated into our daily lives, we sacrifice the potential to develop a more intimate and deeper understanding of ourselves, beyond the chaotic environments in which we exist.

There’s a million different ways to do therapy. This is one of the best ways I’ve found to keep my clients and I connected. Overall, make sure you are communicating with your therapist what is and isn’t working for you. KEEP GROWING 🤍🖍️
Surround yourself with people who challenge you to step out of your horizon. Don’t allow your comfortability to keep you stuck. 🤍
Stay away from unspoken expectations. They can lead to misunderstandings. The people around you aren’t mind readers. Effectively communicate your needs. 🤍
