Duncan Fire Department is now accepting applications for the position of Firefighter.

Whether you’re just starting your career or already have the required training, this is a chance to serve your community and build a rewarding future. Starting base salary ranges from $40,791 to $42,943, depending on qualifications. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, ages 18–45 at time of hire.

This position comes with a strong benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 20-year pension through the Oklahoma Firefighter Retirement System.

Other perks include a $2,000 annual uniform allowance, generous vacation and sick leave, paid holidays, monthly pay incentives for degrees and EMT certifications, and longevity pay.

Application deadline is June 17 at 5 p.m. Testing date June 23.
