And that’s a wrap on the Ag in the Classroom Road Trip! 🚍🌾 Day 3 took us behind the scenes of the incredible infrastructure and processing that keep agriculture moving forward.
We started our morning at Oklahoma Steel and Wire, watching the fascinating process of how they create steel, before heading over to OK Brand to see exactly how those essential wire products are manufactured. After a fantastic lunch sponsored by Oklahoma Steel and Wire, we wrapped up our final stop at Whiskey Creek Processing for an eye-opening deep dive into the process of harvesting animals for our tables.
Our educators are heading home with full hearts, full minds, and endless inspiration for their classrooms. Thank you to all our incredible hosts, sponsors, and teachers who made this week unforgettable!
