Day 2 at the National Ag in the Classroom Conference was JAM-PACKED with knowledge, Oklahoma-led sessions, and some massive celebrations! ๐Ÿšœ๐ŸŒพ

At lunch, we had the honor of recognizing two incredible educators who are making a huge difference for agricultural literacy in our state:
๐ŸŒŸ Jennifer Meyer, our amazing 2026 Oklahoma Ag in the Classroom Teacher of the Year!
๐ŸŒŸ Jacey Duncan, who was honored on the national stage as one of only SIX recipients of the National Excellence in Teaching about Agriculture Award!

We wrapped up the night in style at a red, white, and blue-themed BINGO night! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ๐ŸŽ‰ We even came away with a few winners. (And to those who didn't win... don't worry, we still like you ๐Ÿ˜‰).

Bring on Day 3!

3 days. 53 educators. Countless miles across Oklahoma. And memories to last a lifetime! ๐ŸšŒ๐ŸŒพ

As we unpack our bags and look back at all the incredible photos from this week, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. This unforgettable road trip would quite literally not be possible without the incredible generosity of the Oklahoma Beef Council!

๐Ÿฅฉโœจ Because of their sponsorship of this trip, Oklahoma teachers were able to get out of the classroom and onto the front lines of agriculture, learning everything from pastures to peaches, pecans to vineyards, and steel to processing.

We also want to give a massive shoutout to all of our daily stops, lunch sponsors, and the passionate hosts who opened their doors to us. And finally, thank you to our amazing educators who brought so much energy and curiosity to every single stop!

Teachers, what was your absolute favorite memory or takeaway from the trip? Let us know in the comments below! ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡

And thatโ€™s a wrap on the Ag in the Classroom Road Trip! ๐Ÿš๐ŸŒพ Day 3 took us behind the scenes of the incredible infrastructure and processing that keep agriculture moving forward.

We started our morning at Oklahoma Steel and Wire, watching the fascinating process of how they create steel, before heading over to OK Brand to see exactly how those essential wire products are manufactured. After a fantastic lunch sponsored by Oklahoma Steel and Wire, we wrapped up our final stop at Whiskey Creek Processing for an eye-opening deep dive into the process of harvesting animals for our tables.

Our educators are heading home with full hearts, full minds, and endless inspiration for their classrooms. Thank you to all our incredible hosts, sponsors, and teachers who made this week unforgettable!
