Did this course almost 7 years ago. Maybe we predicted something. LOL 😆

This was a class we did back when Ebola was the big scary threat. Time for us to update this and do this course again, perhaps a video series? Let us know what you think in the comments section below.

The rules are simple guys. Be a good person, offer yourself up as an asset, try to be a better man each day... Surround yourself with people BETTER than you (which I do). So keep your circles small ladies & gents and get your monthly diet of Train Lift Shoot.
