Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001, and the lives forever changed by that day. 🇺🇸

We honor those who lost their lives, the survivors, the first responders, service members and countless individuals who demonstrated courage, compassion and resilience in the days and years that followed. As an educational community, we also remember the importance of teaching the next generation about history, honoring those who came before us.

SEHS hosted a Hamilton Workshop along with US Grant, John Marshall and Capitol Hill. Our Drama and Dance classes learned some of the dances and lyrics from the hit musical. We want to especially thank the artists that took the time while in town to come work with our students- Elvie Ellis, Manny Schvartzman, Lexi Garcia-Toye, and Terrence Martin.

Homecoming is a month away and so is our 3rd Annual Powderpuff game. The Senior/Sophomores will take on the Juniors/Freshmen on 10/1 so get your teams together. There will be a brief informational meeting after school this Wednesday in A107.

STUCO 9th Grade Representative Elections are tomorrow during Advisory-Only 9th graders may vote for 2 candidates to be their voice in STUCO. Students running are Allison Facio, Ashley Alvarez, Allison Garcia, Emma Fang, Geraldine Martinez, Taniyah Jackson and Jazmine Venegas.
