JoAnn was nominated as an inspiring child care leader because of her dedication and heart for the children and families she serves. As Director of Jo’s Little Rascals in Oklahoma City, she works each day to create a nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Her favorite part of working with children is “spending time with the children and watching them grow!” JoAnn treasures the everyday moments that make early childhood so special. Her favorite children’s book is Oh, The Places You’ll Go! by Dr. Seuss.
