Student Government Association The Student Government is the representative body of all OSU-Oklahoma City students.
Student Government sponsors and co-sponsors campus activities and events, recommends the spending of student activity fees and represents the students on campus committees. SGA maintains an office on the first floor of the Student Center for all clubs and organizations to use.

Reminder: OSU-OKC is participating in Oklahoma State University's Safe Zone Training. This free training is designed to identify and educate allies of the le***an, gay, bisexual, transgender, and q***r (LGBTQ) community on OSU campuses. A Safe Zone ally is someone who chooses to become educated about LGBTQ issues and believes all sexual orientations and gender identities/expressions should be acknowledged and supported. 🌟 Student Activities Coordinator: Alec Salmon
SGA is excited to share the story of the Student Activities Coordinator, Alec Salmon. Alecs role consists of putting events together and putting them out on engage for the student body to see. He chose to be apart of SGA because of how involved they are on campus. He hopes that this year he will get better at communicating effectively within his group and leave with some more friends from SGA.
Alec has been at OSU-OKC for a year and a half and is studying business management. Once he transfers out he wants to major in international business and wants to travel! On his free time he likes to hike and spend most of his time out doors. A fun fact about Alec is that he can cook rice under 30 seconds. 👨🏻🍳

🌟 Member at Large - Hayley Brandt
SGA is excited to present you one of our Members at Large, Hayley Brandt. Hayleys role consists of assisting the Activities Coordinator and Historian with their duties. The Member at Large shall fill in for all SGA executive officer positions as needed.
This is Hayleys second year at OSU-OKC and she is majoring in nursing. She hopes to become a pediatric oncology nurse practitioner!
She is currently working at Bounce Academy Gymnastics as a preschool gymnastics coach. She coaches classes for ages 4-6 and mommy and me classes. On her free time she likes to spend time with her friends and family, bake, watch Netflix and snuggle with her dogs. 🐾
| A little fun fact about Hayley: “I have a hairless Chinese crested dog named Ava (She looks just like the dog in the movie How to Lose a Guy in Ten Days), who is nine years old and has and attitude much bigger than her nine pounds!”|

🌟 Parliamentarian / Debby Torres
SGA is thrilled to share the story of our Parliamentarian, Debby Torres. Debby’s role consists of making sure each meeting runs according to parliamentary procedure. She shall also advise the president on parliamentary matters.
This is Debby’s first year at OSU-OKC and her major is in Public Service. She also plans to obtain a degree in Political science. Debby chose to be apart of SGA because she believes it’s a place where she can grow as a leader. She has always loved leadership and values serving others. That same passion has driven her to specialize in politics and public services. This year she hopes to become a well rounded leader and to learn more about her community. On her free time she likes to read books, run, fashion, and writing letters! A little fun fact about Debby is that she has a collection of vogue magazines.

🌟 Secretary: Vianey Vega
SGA is excited to present you the story of our secretary, Vianey Vega. Her role as secretary consist of publicly posting agendas for each meeting. Vianey has to take accurate minutes of all the meetings and post them on engage. She is also expected to attend all meetings.
This is Vianey’s second year at OSU-OKC. She hopes to obtain an associates and bachelor degree in nursing. Another goal of hers is to hopefully get a business degree to help out her families business.
Vianey graduated from Luther High School and chose to attend OSU-OKC because she loves how small the campus is. “At OSU-OKC there is so many resources given to students and the size of classes are small which means it’s easier to get help from the professors”. She also received the PLC scholarship which she’s is beyond grateful for. As the secretary of SGA she hopes to be a good representation of SGA’s Executive cabinet by being responsible and determined in important events/meetings.
In her free time she loves to create art through makeup looks. A little fun fact about Vianey is that she was recently inducted into Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society!
