Tomorrow, send a visible message of kindness, acceptance, and inclusion to prevent bullying. 🧡🧡🧡 Unity Day, started by PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center in October 2011, is the signature event of National Bullying Prevention Month. This is a day when we can come together to send a visible message of building commUNITY through kindness, acceptance, and inclusion. The call to action is simple: wear and share the color orange. This vibrant statement becomes a conversation starter, showing support for students who have been bullied and for bullying prevention.

GOOD LUCK to our T**a T**a Team participating in Battle of the Books today! 📖📚Battle of the Books is a trivia-style game in which Ventura County students in grades 3rd-5th and 6th-8th answer questions about books they have read from the Ventura County Office of Education Battle of the Books list. The event encourages students to read a variety of genres and books and have fun!

Mrs. Dingman’s and Mr. Ando’s classes wrote messages of hope on sifters built by Upper Ojai Relief. Sifters were distributed to victims of the Altadena and Palisades fires to help the families find anything that may have survived the fires.
