Fascia is the fabric inside you that surrounds everything. Bones, muscles, organs, blood vessels, nerves.
It gets thick and tight and twisted exerting 2000 lbs per square inch of tensile resistance. This creates drag and impingement on your nerves and slows down the flow of circulation and movement of lymph.
Once you have knowledge that this internal “saran wrap” exists and what its function is, you can begin to address the symptoms of excess pressure in your body that creates pain and restricts movement.
