I wanted to leave these thoughts as I head into the jungle tomorrow morning to sign off. It is a hard moment to disconnect as it feels like so much is on the line. But these days it often feels as if there is some impending doom...
As we enter this crucial portal in which it seems so much is at stake, it's important to ask ourselves, “On behalf of which future do we wish to create?” The socio-emotional atmosphere is currently shrouded with tension and fear, woven into the fabric of our collective subconscious. It's a blueprint that influences and inspires us to attempt to be on "the right side of history" as it unfolds. Yet, choosing sides inherently amplifies the partisan chasm that cyclically perpetuates itself.
Weitiko a “spirit sickness” a term used by the Native Americans —captures the essence of the endemic"us versus them" narrative of toxic superiority that fueled the ruthless conquests and massacres of those who challenge the quest for power and dominion.
If we continue to carve a future based on the archaic values of superiority or indignant righteousness that has decimated nations, tribes, communities, and threatened our very world—we'll inevitably perpetuate the cycle. Recognizing that happiness and survival do not come at the expense of one another but rather flourish as a result of living in collaboration with others is pivotal.
Let us take this moment to create our tomorrows in service to our future selves. On behalf of the peace and the abundance that is our collective birthright, let us extend a sincere gesture to our fellow human beings, allowing one another’s sacredness to prevail over sheer “rightness”.
Let us take a sacred pause; where the division can fade. Eye to eye, heart to heart, we are reminded that the essence of what we fight for and what we wish for is interconnected—to co-exist. When we are Separated by a screen and cut off from the co-resonance of one another’s hearts secularism grows. It further isolates us from Creator, intensifying our sense of powerlessness and in turn our necessity for it.
Reaching a new strata, more and more people are feeling the call to be closer to nature, to return to the garden, and to live in communion with one another, with family, and with friends. There is a coherent beckoning from deep within, urging us to come together and create solutions to the isolation and exclusivity that, at its core, deprives us of truly belonging to one another, nature, and the divine. This change doesn't come from outside, from institutions, bureaucracy, or political leaders. This change will come from within—as a result of pausing when everything says push.

I This prayer is for the true depth of love and forgiveness to find its way into our hearts to pe*****te the layers of resentment that one may harbor when facing the wrongdoings of this world.
There is a dance between hope and faith that invites clarity and coherence. Hope inspires us to envision what is possible, and clarity guides us to come into resonance with that vision. Faith ensures that we have what it takes to stand in the face of what is, so we can be in coherence with that dream.
Hope is essential because it provides the momentum needed: faith without hope leaves us at a standstill in the wake of it all.
May that faith strengthen our love to heal what has been broken by repetitive disappointments, failures, and violations. Through the integration of these wounds, we learn to predict outcomes, not merely as a defense mechanisms, but as dreamers, innovators, and builders of what’s to come.
May the love in our hearts be fertile ground for the seeds of compassion and forgiveness to flourish and grow. May we have the courage to question how genuine that compassion is if we cannot find it in the face of adversity?
This inquiry thus leads us to the act of surrender—essential yet profound. Surrender is the groundwork of trust, required to confront what is yet unyielding within us. What we attempt to hold onto becomes woven into our karmic patterns, creating more repetition, while leaving us in a further defended state seeking resolution but not allowing an opening for it. Yet, when we relinquish our defenses, we do not give up; we lay down our armor and free our hands, not just to hold one another, but to build and to heal. When unburdened by our defenses, the transformative power of love and forgiveness frees us to be in harmony with the flow of creation and to embrace life as our sacred counterpart 🙏🏼

For this New Year, I am sending Love and Gratitude for my beautiful life. I am aware of how precariously we are all balanced between having full authority over the outcome of our lives, while simultaneously being subject to the fragility of the unknown. In dedication to that, I wanted to share a piece of writing from a project I am working on. ~ The Compass Method
"Grace is what happens when we stop fighting the current and learn how to move with it."
What you're creating is creating you right back.
Every action has a reaction.
It beckons us to surrender to the ineffable dance of Creator and Creation.
It unveils a phenomenon that eludes the constraints of the ego,
inviting us to forget about the repetitious thoughts of self-identification and to surrender into the force and flow of life.
Grace is what happens when we stop fighting the current and learn how to move with it. This transformative force, arising from the depths of genuine self-awareness, unfolds as divine manifestation.
Beyond the physical confines, grace works its subtle magic, permeating our very cells and awakening the sacred nexus within our being. This journey into the divine is a sacred exploration within the temple of our whole being.
It promises not only self-discovery but a profound communion with the transcendent essence that guides us through the intricate tapestry of LIFE.
Happy New Year! I love you! I am happy for your wins and I am sorry for your loss. May the challenges we have faced bring new insights and future blessings...

In contemplating the somber realities of war, it is uncertain whether any true victors emerge from its depths. What does become clear, however, is the profound need for those with the courage to confront conflict, armed not with hostility, but with a willingness to see beyond individual and historic viewpoints.
To truly grasp the ramifications of war, we must transcend the myopic fixation on weaponry, hatred, and avarice. We must lay aside the dualistic narratives that envelop us, peering instead beyond the veil of division, of right versus wrong, and into a nuanced exploration of harm versus no harm.
How can it be right, regardless of what side you are on, to r**e, torture, and dehumanize another? There is no act that justifies it! It’s a vacuum that only creates more hate until it implodes or explodes with rage. Nothing good can live it or be born of it.
The crucible of a true warrior's path is not devoid of purpose. It necessitates courage, a willingness to confront chaos in the name of necessity, while refusing to turn a blind eye to the collateral damage, the innocent lives taken as collateral damage. No reason exists potent enough to justify this. This style of war has long existed and it is the door evil walks through.
It will only stop when we stop. We must learn to face the injustices that start in our own consciousness and are reflected in our own communities.
When we can learn to unify these aspects with our own hearts we will be so powerful. We will rise, not with arms, but with the resilience of our hearts, and with that love we will build sanctuaries and a future in which we can remember the plenty and abundance that is available to each of us.
We now stand at a crossroads, a place of deep meaning, where our collective dharma beckons, a solemn mission we've long acknowledged.
There is fight among us but it is not what many of think. The real fight we have come upon is the one that lives in the hearts of each and every one of us.
The battle we wage is not the one we think it is; it resides deep within the chambers of our hearts. It's a fight for our right not merely to exist but to thrive, to nurture the lands of our ancestors, to secure our families' futures, and to strengthen our connections to one another and to all living beings on this Earth.
Now is the time to close the chapter on the epoch of conquerors who pit us against one another. Our courage and strength must be summoned to confront the true adversary: the illusion that shrouds our collective consciousness.
In reverence, I pray for the countless innocent souls enduring unspeakable suffering.
May all beings everywhere be happy and free.
May we unite our voices to sing free the chains of our suffering and may the light of our awareness outshine the shadow of despair, denial, hatred greed, arrogance, and ignorance
May the love in our hearts fertile ground for the seeds of compassion and forgiveness to flourish and grow. May all beings worldwide be granted the exquisite gift of happiness and freedom.

THE SACRED MIDDLE
You can be grounded and peaceful AND speak your truth with clarity and passion.
You can be compassionate and generous AND have good strong boundaries that protect you, your finances, your energies, your body, your heart.
You can understand others and see their trauma AND call out unconscious, defensive, unkind behaviours.
You can listen to others with openness and respect AND disagree profoundly with what they have to say.
You can be deeply present AND be curious about past, future, story, narrative, the very nature of mind itself.
You can be spiritually awake AND be a vulnerable, open, imperfect, deeply feeling human being.
You can be divine AND you can be wonderfully human.
You can hold ALL of these paradoxes and seeming contradictions in your giant heart.
This is spiritual maturity, the ability to live in the sacred middle.

There comes a time in each of our lives when we are summoned to enter what the mystics call the dark night of the soul. It's an initiation. This journey varies greatly from person to person, it is both reflective of the lessons your particular soul has set out to learn, and how you fit into what the greater web of what humanity is transmuting in your lifetime.
The path of self-inquiry gives us a peek into our own divinity and through its lens encourages us to take a closer look at ourselves: at our shadows and the places inside of us that we often disavow, or that we don’t allow love to flow into. It prompts us to look at ourselves and others with more compassion.
“An in-depth encounter with either the lower or higher self will leave us permanently changed. We can no longer deny the presence of either evil or God within us” (from the “The Undefended Self” - Susan Thesenga
The hero’s path has become a journey inward rather than outward. Facing our own vulnerabilities together and bearing witness allows us to feel more humane, more compassionate, and ultimately, more forgiving towards each other and ourselves.
