BEEF 101 at Auburn University today! 🐄

My students +other students were educated on the “pasture to plate” process, got to chat with a large animal Veterinarian and Producer, had a yummy beef lunch of course, then got to watch a live carcass fabrication demo!

We were blessed to attend & learn from some awesome people that help keep Alabama fed! 🙏🏼

Ohatchee FCCLA is running a NOTHING BUNDT CAKE fundraiser from now until April 16th! Pickup will be on May 7th & May 8th until 3:30 pm at Ohatchee High School! These cakes are a must for Mother’s Day or you can even freeze them for a Graduation Party! 🥳

Always the BEST TIME at Jeff State Culinary! Super proud of how well behaved, enthusiastic, & creative these students were on this entire field trip, especially during the “Popcorn Seasoning Challenge!” 🍿👩🏼‍🍳

I cannot stress how wonderful this field trip experience always is! The best place with the BEST people and the BEST food!
