Internship Update

For any student with sophomore standing who is interested in completing an internship with the Illinois State Police, the application packet has changed. The application is due by September 30 for the Spring 2027 semester.

We hope you’re having a relaxing summer! We already have almost 40 new students starting this fall, and we hope to enroll even more before next month. We will be at Explore IVCC on July 15, and we encourage anyone interested in the program to stop by!

As graduation is almost here, we have bittersweet news to share. Three members of our Criminal Justice Association (CJA) leadership team are graduating. Congratulations to Madelyn Mahnesmith, Brianna Sanchez, and Lauren Kolczaski, and thank you all for your hard work!

We are happy to announce that Kalie Andersen will be joining Maria Stelling in the fall to lead our CJA club. We already have 24 new students enrolled for the fall, and we look forward to welcoming them and including them in our club.
