The next installment of my Big Crochet Project: I love this pattern! And it was so much joy to create, I decided to print the instructions. So....give it a try kids. If you do it in a cotton yarn, you can always use it for a washcloth.

I've been working on this monumental crochet project for several years...well, OK...I started it; it's been sitting on a shelf for waaay too long; and now I've resurrected it. This time I'm determined to get it finished - by hook or by crook.
The finished project has 63 8-inch squares, all done in a different design. So far, I've completed an embarrassingly small number of squares. Not very good stats for years of work.
The best motivation I can come up with to consummate this lofty endeavor is by committing my resolve, publicly, to family & friends. So, here's my New Year's Resolution: I WILL complete this project before Spring. [Hopefully Spring 2026.] And I will post pics of my completed squares as they accumulate to keep me honest...and on track.
Here are the first 4 consisting of the four most basic crochet stitches:
1. Single crochet, 2. Half Double crochet, 3. Double crochet, 4. Treble crochet.
