In May of 2021, I graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelors degree in Education. Working towards this degree required me to be placed in s

chool settings. This gave me the opportunity to work with school aged children. After graduating, I decided to spend my summer working in day cares with children ages 0-8. This led me to realize how exciting it could be to work with many young children and allow them to have more say in what they learn about. My next venture was working with individual children in their own homes. While this was a great experience, I decided I’d like to return to a similar setting to the day cares. Rather than going to somebody else’s day care, I decided that building my own would be more rewarding for both myself and the children I care for.
