He is also the founder, chairman and former CEO of MarketStar Corporation, a global outsourced marketing and sales company with a focus on assisting high-technology companies increase sales. The company employs several thousand employees and generates billions of dollars annually for its clientele. Alan is an Ernst and Young and Mountain West Capital Network Entrepreneur of the Year recipient. He is a frequent speaker, author of three e-books on entrepreneurship and a regular columnist for Forbes and Harvard Business Review.

Ben Castleberry currently works as the Founder of Code Quick, a healthcare service and software company. Ben is a serial entrepreneur who has owned and operated a variety of businesses from tampon subscription companies to EV chargers to engineering and manufacturing aero triathlon products. After multiple failed businesses, a near death experience helped Ben re-think his purpose and how he approached his business and turned failure into success. Through discipline and system building, Ben has been able to build numerous multi-million-dollar businesses.
