Pioneer's Kindergarteners Spread Patriotic Pride

The last two weeks have been a patriotic celebration for our Kindergarteners! Through singing patriotic songs and sporting their Kindy 500 cars, our students shared American pride, joy, and gratitude with not only our school and community, but also with the Veterans at the George E. Wahlen Ogden Veterans Home.

Their performances brought smiles to many faces as they honored and thanked those who have served our country. We are so proud of our Kindergarten students and teachers for representing our school with such kindness, enthusiasm, and patriotism!

We had a blast hosting the amazing authors Celesta Rimington and Sarah Noble for a very special Book Drop! Our students learned so much about:

🎨 The art of creation – how to bring ideas to life.

✍️ Writing with passion – finding your unique voice.

🔍 The superpower of research – how facts fuel great stories!

The best part? Every single student went home with a brand-new book to keep! 📖✨

A massive thank you to Operation Literacy, Utah Humanities, and our wonderful librarian Andrea Lloyd for making this a memorable day. Our library hearts are full!

Pioneer Roadrunners are off to an amazing start!

After just the first week of our chocolate fundraiser, students have already raised over half of our $8,000 goal! 🍫🎉

Students have earned an extra recess and a special visit with Mrs. Naef’s donkeys for their hard work! 🫏

We are now only $1,000 away from unlocking our next school-wide reward — a Mario Kart race with our staff! 🎮🏁

Thank you to our students and families for the incredible support. Let’s keep the momentum going and reach our goal!
