With internationally accredited certifications, structured pathways across levels of care, and a focus on evidence-based practice, QABA continues working to expand access to qualified professionals worldwide.

Certifications aren’t just milestones—they’re part of an ongoing commitment to competence and growth.

Most QABA exams follow a standardized format:

• 125 total questions
• 100 scored questions
• 25 unscored pilot questions
• Time limits:

— QABA ABAT®: 2 hours
— QASP-S®: 3 hours
— QBA®: 3 hours

Pilot questions are used to test future exam items and are not included in scoring.

This structure helps ensure exam reliability and fairness across candidates.

Supervised fieldwork is a core part of ABA credentialing.

It includes real-world tasks like:
• Data collection & analysis
• Behavior assessments
• Program implementation
• Staff or parent training

Fieldwork ensures theory is applied consistently under supervision before independent practice.

The QBA® is a master’s-level credential in ABA.

It requires:
• A relevant master’s degree
• Extensive coursework in ABA, ethics, and autism
• Supervised fieldwork experience
• A competency-based exam
