Meet Brandon “Chomp” Barela 💙

Chomp is a sweet, strong, and joy-filled 9-year-old with Down syndrome who has been facing ongoing medical challenges with so much courage.

After sitting down with him and his family, one thing is clear, this little boy is surrounded by love, but they should not have to walk this road alone.

That is why we are coming together for Chomp’s Hero Squad 5K on June 27th at Riverdale City Park. Every runner, walker, sponsor, raffle donation, and share helps support Brandon and his family during this journey.

Still not over Friday. 🐎✨

Our Women’s Council Kentucky Derby event was such a good day, full of connection, laughter, community, and so many people showing up to support.

As this year’s President, seeing this event come together meant so much to me. My board and Derby committee poured so much time, effort, and heart into making it happen, and I’m just so grateful.
