Veterans Upward Bound

Veterans Upward Bound provides tutoring and other support to Veterans attending college or considering college.

If you are using Chapter 33 (Post 9/11) benefits, please don’t forget to pay for your electronic course materials. The Dept of VA sends you a small amount of money, usually the first week of classes, to reimburse you for some of these costs. If you did not receive your book stipend, don't hesitate to contact the Dept of VA at 1 –888-442-4551.
