A great school starts with a great group of educatorsโpeople who love learning, growing, and working together to provide the very best for students! ๐๐
Welcome to summer learning! A team of MOJH educators recently spent four days in Orlando participating in AVID Summer Institute, learning new strategies and best practices to help students succeed both in and beyond the classroom.
๐ AVID focuses on preparing students to be college- and career-ready by building skills in organization, critical thinking, collaboration, and academic success. For some students, that journey begins in elementary school; for many, it takes shape during their junior high years.
We are excited to bring these ideas back to Mount Ogden and continue creating opportunities for every student to thrive. We look forward to sharing more about our AVID journey and how it will impact learning throughout the school year!
