Study Abroad, 2026, Master of Health Administration
Dr. Palmer, Dr. Carter, and Dr. Simonian led 22 Master of Health Administration students on a week-long study abroad in Geneva focused on global health. The group visited institutions such as the WHO, the World Bank, the U.S. Mission to the UN, Médecins Sans Frontières, the University of Geneva Hospital, and the Swiss Foundation for Innovation and Training in Surgery, among others. Students also explored Swiss culture and landmarks, blending professional learning with real-world cultural experiences.

Interested in health, fitness, and human performance?
The Exercise and Sport Science program prepares students for careers and graduate studies in fields such as exercise science, strength and conditioning, clinical exercise physiology, and wellness coaching. Students gain hands-on experience in anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, fitness assessment, and exercise programming while learning from experienced faculty and working in the Human Performance Lab.

Interested in nutrition, wellness, and human performance?
Weber State University’s Human Nutrition program helps students explore everything from diet design and sports nutrition to health, fitness, and current nutrition issues. Students can choose between emphases in Integrative Nutrition or Sports Dietetics based on their career goals. Graduates are prepared for careers and graduate studies in fields such as dietetics, medicine, physician assistant studies, public health, and wellness.

The next application cycle for the Respiratory Therapy Program will be open from May 28 to July 1 for our Davis cohort, with enrollment beginning in Spring 2027. The Davis cohort application opens every other even year (2026, 2028, 2030), with a July 1 deadline for enrollment the following spring semester.
