December 3 2020 I lost my younger sister Annie from su***de. She is my best friend and I miss her everyday. Since her passing I have noticed the stigma around su***de. That's where Annie's Story Foundation began. It is Okay to NOT be Okay. Let's talk to our children about the different types of mental health conditions. It is okay to ask for help. Talking about the steps to help others and knowing

the resources available to help can save lives. There is HOPE and we all go through rough times. We are worth the time to care for our mental state. Help end the stigma and let's start talking! All donations are much appreciated. 100% goes to prevention and awareness. Always choose Kindness
