East Ridge Elementary East Ridge (formerly Horace Mann) opened in August 2021. The students at the school have had high achievement scholastically in all areas.

East Ridge is the home of Ogden School District's Spanish and English Dual Language Immersion programs.

We are so excited to see you THIS WEDNESDAY, Aug 19th for Back to School Night! Come anytime between 4:30-6:00pm to meet your teacher, see your classroom and get excited to start the new year! Registration will also be available for those who still need to register.
The PTA will be collecting gently used books for their book sale later in the year.

Student registration is now completed fully online. Families are encouraged to complete registration as soon as possible and submit their application for free school lunches at the same time.

School's almost out, but meals are still in! ☀️🍎 Ogden School District’s Summer Meals Program begins June 1 and provides free breakfast and lunch for all children ages 0–18 at locations across the district.
Breakfast is available at school sites from 8:15–9:15 AM and lunch is served at all sites from 11:30 AM–12:15 PM, Monday through Friday (closed on holidays). Check out the flyer for locations and scan the QR or go to https://www.ogdensd.org/page/child-nutrition for more information!

Here is the Raptor Rundown for our last week of school for the 25-26 school year!
For our DLI students, don't forget the DLI Celebration night on Monday starting at 5pm.
Field Day for all grades is Wed. Bring a water bottle, dress appropriately, and don't forget the sunscreen.
The Last Day of School is Friday and students will be dismissed at 12:30. 🌞

Career Day was one for the books! 🚁✈️⚾️🏗️🚛🩺
Our students had the incredible opportunity to learn from professionals across so many amazing careers. From Weber County Search & Rescue showing off their drone technology to hearing from a city councilman, Utah representative, city planner, retired MLB player, pilots, physicians, architect, realtor, med lab scientist, water treatment specialist, Life Flight crew members, speech pathologist, vet tech, welder, semi truck driver, nurse, event planners, physical therapist, and mechanical engineer — students got a firsthand look at the many paths their futures could take.
The excitement, curiosity, and big dreams in our halls today were unforgettable. Thank you to every presenter who volunteered your time, shared your experiences, and inspired the next generation to dream BIG! ✨
