📢 🚨 Reminder for Sandpiper Families

Just a reminder that our mandatory family meeting originally scheduled for tomorrow has been rescheduled to next Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 6:00 PM.

After everything our community has experienced over the past week, we felt it was best to give families additional time to focus on staying safe, getting power restored, cleaning up, and getting life back to some sense of normalcy.

We sincerely hope everyone is doing well and that those still dealing with outages, damage, or other challenges are beginning to see some relief. 💛 Our thoughts remain with all of the families and members of our community affected by the devastation.

We look forward to seeing everyone Thursday, August 27 at 6:00 PM. Please continue to stay safe and take care of one another! 💛

We are incredibly grateful for the outpouring of support our Sandpiper Preschool community has shown since the storms damaged our playground. Every donation, share, kind word, and gesture of encouragement has meant so much to us.

Thanks to your generosity, we are moving closer to our goal of replacing our playset and restoring this important part of our children’s daily learning and play experience. Our hope is to have the new playset installed and ready for our students before the start of the school year, giving them a safe and exciting space to explore, imagine, and grow.

If you have already donated, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If you’re able to contribute, every gift helps bring us one step closer to welcoming our students back to a complete outdoor learning environment. And if donating isn’t possible, sharing our fundraiser with friends and family is another wonderful way to support our goal.

Thank you for helping us rebuild a space where childhood memories are made. We can’t wait to see our students enjoying a new playset this fall! ❤️

💙 Happy Father’s Day from all of us at Sandpiper Cooperative Preschool! 💙

Today we celebrate all of the dads, grandfathers and father figures who encourage curiosity, inspire confidence, and fill childhood with love, laughter, and adventure.

Thank you for the bedtime stories, the piggyback rides, the helping hands, and the countless little moments that make such a big difference in a child’s life.

We are so grateful for the amazing fathers and families who are part of our Sandpiper community. Your love, support, and involvement help our children learn, grow, and thrive every day.

Wishing you a relaxing day filled with smiles, special memories, and time with the ones you love.

From tiny eggs to beautiful wings… 🐛🦋

Our classroom has been buzzing with excitement as we explored the incredible life cycle of butterflies! From watching our caterpillars grow, form their chrysalis, and transform into butterflies, our students experienced real-life science in the most magical way.

Today, we set them free into nature—watching them spread their wings and fly was such a special moment for all of us. 💛

Hands-on learning like this helps spark curiosity, patience, and a deep appreciation for the world around us.
